  • Smoked salmon with wasabi foam
  • Slowly baked ginger duck leg with liver, creamy potatoes and vanilla ginger sauce

Menu II. / Vegetarian

  • Crispy garden salads with basil mozzarella and Tokaj balsamic vinegar
  • Leek puff pastry with vegetables, zucchini stuffed with locust and saffron sauce
  • Goose leg with fruit ragout

The dinner dishes will be served on plate for all of our guests from the starter to the desserts.
